Our treasure trove of H.Eloise rentals awaits, and we’ll be present at every vendor meeting and walkthrough, ensuring every element is aligned with your vision. We'll manage those pesky payment schedules, compile a delightful to-do list, and even attend your final dress fitting to master that all-important bustle.

Imagine: hotel blocks and transportation expertly managed, a detailed day-of timeline and wedding week newsletter distributed like precious missives, and our presence at your rehearsal dinner (with optional, even more decadent planning, of course).

On the day itself, our lead coordinator and assistant will be your steadfast allies, orchestrating the processional, ensuring the timeline flows flawlessly, and adorning your space with all those exquisite finishing touches – programs, favors, menus, and more. We'll secure your precious keepsakes, manage gift transfers, and distribute gratuities with grace.

And because life happens, our emergency kit will be on hand. Finally, we'll gracefully handle teardown, ensuring a seamless departure.

Organize & execute wedding processional, as well as maintaining the day-of timeline by coordinating with on-site vendors.

Secure personal items for the end of celebration including the top layer of cake and any personalized items brought in (toasting glasses, cake knife & server, etc.)
