We'll rendezvous in person for three pivotal meetings – design and budget planning, vendor and rental curation, and a final venue walkthrough – ensuring every element reflects your exquisite taste.


We'll relieve you of the vendor communication burden (if you so desire), manage those tedious payment schedules, and even attend your final dress fitting to master that all-important bustle. Hotel blocks and transportation? Consider them handled.


A meticulously crafted day-of timeline and wedding week newsletter will be distributed like precious missives, and we'll be present at your rehearsal dinner (with optional, even more decadent planning, of course).
On the day itself, our lead coordinator and assistant will be your guiding stars, orchestrating the processional, adorning your space with those delightful finishing touches, and ensuring the timeline flows flawlessly. We'll secure your precious keepsakes, manage gift transfers, and distribute gratuities with grace.


And because life has its little dramas, our emergency kit will be on hand. Finally, we'll gracefully handle teardown, ensuring a seamless departure.

What's included?

  • Unlimited texts & emails.

  • Monthly check-ins via GoogleMeet to set to-dos, touch base & ensure everyone stays on the same page throughout your planning process.

  • Three in-person meetings (Up to two-hours per meeting) -

    • Design & Budget Planning,

    • Vendor Recommendation & Rentals,

    • Final Planning Meeting with Venue Walk-Through (30-days out)

  • Final phone call check-in one week out from the event

  • Budget creation or analysis with management spreadsheet available.

  • Vendor communication takeover, if desired.

  • Rental management

  • Takeover management of all vendor payment schedules with reminders of due dates.

  • Attend final dress fitting to learn bustle details.

  • Hotel block & transportation management for wedding day.

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline & wedding week newsletter to be distributed to wedding party & family members via email one week prior to the big day.

  • Rehearsal dinner attendance to assist & offer guidance with the rehearsal portion of the evening.

    • Add-on rehearsal dinner planning services starting at $1,500.

  • Lead coordinator & assistant on-site for day-of management, serving as day-of contact for all vendors.

  • Setup of secondary decor including programs, guest book, guest favors, escort cards, menus, table numbers, cake knife & server, toasting glasses, small plate with forks & napkin for cake cutting ceremony & light candles.

  • Organize and execute wedding processional, as well as maintaining the day-of timeline by coordinating with on-site vendors.

  • Secure personal items for the end of celebration including the top layer of cake and any personalized items brought in (toasting glasses, cake knife & server, etc.)

  • Assist a designated family member or friend with gift transfer after collection.

  • Distribute gratuities to vendors at the end of the celebration.

  • Event Day Emergency Kit to be available for day-of.

  • Teardown service to assist in clean up after the event, collection of any H.Eloise Rental items & see vendors out of venue.

    • Add-on post-wedding brunch planning services starting at $1,500.
