Consider us your trusted confidantes, available for endless digital correspondence, and three crucial in-person meetings. We'll delve into design and budget, curate rentals and vendors, and conduct a final venue walkthrough, ensuring every detail is aligned with your exquisite taste.


We'll relieve you of the vendor communication burden (if you so desire), manage those pesky payment schedules, and craft a meticulously detailed day-of timeline and wedding week newsletter.


We'll be present at your rehearsal dinner (with optional, even more decadent planning, of course), and on the day itself, our lead coordinator and assistant will be your guiding stars, orchestrating the processional, adorning your space with those delightful finishing touches, and ensuring the timeline flows flawlessly. We'll secure your precious keepsakes, manage gift transfers, and distribute gratuities with grace.


And because life has its little dramas, our emergency kit will be on hand. (Teardown service is available as a delightful add-on, for an additional $250.)

  • Takeover management of all vendor payment schedules with reminders of due dates.

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline & wedding week newsletter to be distributed to wedding party & family members via email one week prior to the big day.

  • Rehearsal dinner attendance to assist & offer guidance with the rehearsal portion of the evening.

    • Add-on rehearsal dinner planning services starting at $1,500.

  • Lead coordinator & assistant on-site for day-of management, serving as day-of contact for all vendors.

  • Setup of secondary decor including programs, guest book, guest favors, escort cards, menus, table numbers, cake knife & server, toasting glasses, small plate with forks & napkin for cake cutting ceremony & light candles.

  • Organize and execute wedding processional, as well as maintaining the day-of timeline by coordinating with on-site vendors.

  • Secure personal items for the end of celebration including the top layer of cake and any personalized items brought in (toasting glasses, cake knife & server, etc.)

  • Assist a designated family member or friend with gift transfer after collection.

  • Distribute gratuities to vendors at the end of the celebration.

  • Event Day Emergency Kit to be available for day-of.

    • Add-on Teardown Service for additional $250.

    • Add-on post-wedding brunch planning services starting at $1,500.
